NO RETURN POLICY
byronbelle products are shipped to you in "Good Faith" and are consumables, meaning to be consumed on receipt or thereof. Consequently, if there is an issue we'll do our best to find a solution in co-operation with you our Customer. It's simply not practical to return these goods by nature of them being topical consumerables.
Having said that, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If your purchase is damaged, defective or the wrong product is shipped (in error), you are eligible for a partial refund of the purchased price of the item(s), excluding the shipping fee or a store credit.
Please note: 7-day return policy entails 7 days from the date you received your order. So once your order has arrived (within 7 days) check it and if there is a problem such as breakage or it's not the product you ordered, take a few photo's and email us a and let us know what the issue is. We'll work out with you the best solution depending on the issue. Given that the partial refund or credit is approved we'll make arrangments for a refund or credit at that point.
